Smiling from ear to ear!
Mr. Butch is a regular visitor here at the clinic. His mum loves to pamper him, every month he visits to have the works done. He always walks out the door smelling fresh as a daisy. One area Butch has been hiding was his teeth, his mum pointed out that his breath stinks! Butch was a little shy to show his teeth. His mum convinced him to show Dr Kirstin. He confessed that he’s been a naughty boy and doesn’t brush his teeth.
Butch had moderate plaque build-up on his teeth and Dr Kirstin said its time you have a dental Mr. Butch. His nerves started to kick in. He knew he had the love and support from his mum and all the girls here. Butch had dental radiographs taken. Dr Kirstin interpreted the dental radiographs, butch needed to have 3 teeth extracted. A majority of his teeth were scaled and polished, they now look beautifully clean. Butch handled his anesthetic very well and had a smooth recovery.
Butch is feeling much happier. He’s eating like a champion and appears a lot happier.
Say Goodbye to stinky breath!
His mum has started brushing his teeth and she has been adding plaque off powder to his food. Butch now has 6 monthly dental checks to assess his teeth. Butch is a happy healthy pooch! He’s got a grin to show for it.
