Personal passions/ hobbies:

I like going to the beach, camping, fishing and exploring the Granite Belt and beyond on my time off. I love catching up with my friends and family who are scattered all around Australia!

Favourite aspect of working in the veterinary industry:

The variety – not knowing what could walk in at any moment.  It is always so satisfying to help people do the best for their animals. The veterinary industry is filled with passionate, fun, clever and inspiring people, and it’s a profession I’m very proud to be part of.

Pets:

I have three pets! Two West Highland White Terriers (WHWT) Hamish and Sophie – who are just as mischievous as they are adorable!
And Allegra (AKA Leggsie), the curious cat who enjoys eating EVERYTHING, including tomatoes, and likes to help her dad on the farm!

Studies:

CompletedBachelor of Veterinary Science at James Cook University in Townsville.

Completed an Internal Medicine course through University of Sydney’s Centre for Veterinary Education in 2019.

Dreams/ goals:

To enjoy a happy and enriching life outside of work as well as continue to develop my skills in all areas of mixed practice and enjoy my work.
