We’re incredibly fortunate to have Emma as our Client Relations Officer. With a warm welcome and friendly smile, she ensures every client and their pet feels right at home from the moment they walk through our doors. Emma brings a wealth of experience in customer service, always driven by her genuine passion for people. Her natural connection with both people and animals makes her perfectly suited to the role, and we couldn’t imagine a better fit.

Outside of work, Emma is the proud owner of two pets – Kiah the German Shepherd and Bob the Budgie. She enjoys interior design, travel, gardening, bushwalking, and all things music. In her spare time, you’ll often find her spending quality time with family, attending concerts, or heading off on a road trip adventure.

Emma’s kind nature, infectious positivity, and dedication to making others feel cared for make her a truly special part of our team—and we’re so lucky to have her.
